Swimming In A Frame ... I started swimming in 2006 after I had my second frame put on, I had tried to swim with my first frame but had got my first pin site infection a couple of days later and put it down to the swimming. This had put me off for the time being but after doing nothing but weight training and physio for exercise for a year I started to get very bored of the exercise I was doing!

Open Day 09 People enjoying the Open Day
